@Moira Mosley-Duffy - In addition to the commentary already provided by @Milton Rivera and @Grant Rothenburger... it's worth mentioning that we've had a positive experience with the service called WeGoLook before entering due diligence, when purchasing properties remotely.They took updated pictures, did a 2 page (simple) PDF summary of neighborhood observations and we paid a couple extra bucks for iPhone videos of the neighborhood, to make sure we weren't purchasing properties in warzones.

Why iPhone?

I'm running it on the current iOS on an iPhone 5s which you may need to track down some of the issues.

AirBnB is one of the faster growing startups and its iPhone app (not sure about android) used to be one of the top and most active apps.

I think he's a realtor, and as many busy Realtors who see thousands of properties and steal ideas and do their own designing do,  you take mental (and iphone) pictures of things you love the look of.
