Meaning, does spending $5,400 now hinder my REI goals/future growth in any way?

I feel like being unreachable could hinder performance and reputation of problems go unsolved.I know I said Navy specifically because of being on a ship but anybody who has insight on this please feel free the chime in!

@David Olson this is some good analysis but as you say, it can also be a hinderance. 

I want to place this and any additional properties in LLC's to separate and protect the assets I have currently, but by doing so will the LLC hinder my ability to access cash from refi or have I just simply spoken with the wrong lenders? 

We started with Google Voice but found that its limitations were hindering us, specifically in the realm of how many phone numbers we could forward calls to (although the free minutes/texts, and it's contact book was great).
