If I had paid attention to the odds, I would have never slept.Now, over five years on, we've got 350+ members, are one of the largest CrossFit gyms in the state, and every day I get to be around some of the greatest people in my community.

My Monday-Friday schedule is pretty open as I can schedule my crews and send out contracts when simply feel like it.I joined a gym one year ago for the first time since the 80s and have learned about setting personal goals, discipline and how getting the results I'm seeing truly motivates me to go even further.

The property is brand new and costs $40k, and comes with the condo complex's security, public pool and gym, convenience stores, and laundry in the apartment. 

Why couldn't a guy sell advertising from the local grocery store or the gym to go along with the utility statement?

Even when things do open up, commercial businesses have to implement social-distancing guideline which means less tables in a restaurant, less machines at the gym, etc.

That should cost less than a normal gym membership.

I struggle with having a social life other than going to the gym.  

I am married and have a kid and still go to the gym 2-3 days a week.

Don't just get stuck with a burnt out gym coach who got their real estate license to put food on the table. 

I'm now onto "Millionaire Real Estate Agent,"  but i don't read as much when I'min town becuase I try to focus on marketing when I get home from work and the gym.
