Some want non-descript very basic properties in older neighborhoods. 

I suppose in a round about way, putting nurses or other medical professionals in the description does omit groups who live off disability or social security.

The area is geographically restricted and naturally prevents urban sprawl like in other markets.

I'm a real estate agent myself and I have found, and continue to find, some GREAT deals for myself and my clients on the MLS.I constantly find deals where the property information is are entered incorrectly, the pictures are horrible and the descriptions are worse. 

You'll need the legal description and address for them to look it up. 

If a contractor is stepping outside his normal geographic area for a good customer, I think it's fair for the contractor to ask the customer to pay for at least some part of the bond/licensing fee... he may not realistically use it again before it expires.

But you are less diversified if that building or area does poorly versus geographically dispersed alternatives?
