@David Thompson Great insight, thanks for a different perspective, I like the mold of diversifying how you invest, it is similar to how I am looking at a new business adventure I started, While the returns of selling the product myself are greater, by letting someone else take a share of the pie and having them do the leg work my returns are INFINITE.

I am curently interested in atttending this workshop, since it has been 2 months since your first adventure with them - how did it go?

Our home is currently on the market and once it sells, we aim to launch our real estate investing adventure.  

In both investment adventures, there are pros and cons, but not really knowing where to start, I was hoping to get some advice or find someone local in the area to meet up with and get more information.My husband and I currently own 3 rental properties – a row home in Baltimore City, MD a single-family home in Baltimore County, MD and a condo in Ashburn, VA.

I feel i can relate in managing and making smart decisions in real estate as i can bring many project management tools to the table to help me in this new adventure that i am about to take on. 

New to this whole REI adventure and trying to capture as much information as I can.
