Dolores, I do not care for the word "bird dog", a bird dog is a small short legged dog with a cold nose and a tail that lets you know he loves you.I don't like to call people who are going to help me make money in the real estate business as  "dogs" or bird dogs.I like to refer to them as "Locators".
