Michael P. Asbestos Siding - To buy or not to buy

You find it in 1950s era flooring tile (usually the 9x9 ones), concrete/asbestos siding (durable but brittle), piping insulation, sometimes that 1920s insulbrick siding, as an additive to some old plasters, and probably half a dozen other places I have forgotten.

I had forgotten today is Fathers day.My father was killed in a car wreck when I was 16.That was about 20 years ago.No kids yet but when I have some I will remember it more.Luckily the last time I saw him night before we got a long really well.Try everyday with your father to put differences aside.At the end of the day you might not see them the next and you don't want your last words to live with being an argument.Happy Fathers Day everyone I hope you enjoy the day

I haven't seen that movie however I can predict more taxes in the form of unseen or phantom taxes (you know the ones, you hear about them ONCE on the news and suddenly there they are and quickly forgotten) like the gasoline tax or the cigarette tax...perhaps now we will have the "bottled water tax" or the "federal *** emissions tax" (aka: the farmer's stock animal fart tax) or the "domestic house pet tax" on the pet food from the store.......because they sure as hell are not going to stop SPENDING our money or earmarking.....Soon taxpaying Americans will be storming the borders of Canada and Mexico just to stop the taxation madness of the next SEVERAL generations.

Specifically I have a condo I was eyeing, good deal, and was taken off the market (or at least i think). this property was lsited and this monday is not showing, and does not show as "pending" on the MLS either.I have forgotten which realtor it was.
