Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

I'm a local Denver agent primarily, but I'm familiar with some of the challenges up in the mountains because no deals make sense running the quick math. 

Make sure you are running your numbers really well, or if you're using an agent that they are helping you run those numbers well, and know what you need to make the deal work.  

@Steve Meyers I’ve been running this with some success with a local cincinnati agent on 2+ units and nationally with a commercial broker for shopping centers.
