I'm just wondering what the fascination is, why you miss him so much that you'd search for him.

As I have started to learn about the different niche's out there the owner financing (sub2/wrap) and (lease to own) are fascinating to me.

Strangely fascinating yet sad.

A 3D-printed house will fascinate the masses, but the line to buy such things has historically been conspicuously short.
