Our political system is broken, democracy has reached it's limit in an ever increasinlgly complex world that is hard to understand for people, so they basically give up and just vote based on emotion and ideology.

I try and keep a distance from mine when it comes to investing/business as emotions tend to be a big part of decision making, etc. 

With a market boasting a population of over 100,000 and a track record of consistent growth, there is a sense of stability when it comes to investment opportunities.One of the errors I made in the beginning was allowing emotions to influence my decision-making.

Both laws use the same terms, Service Animal, Emotional Support Animal.

This leaves friends/relatives wanting to help you out (emotional based investing) or people unsophisticated and naive (likely disciples of a currently heavily promoted guru).When I, or any other investors (with significant capital) I know of invest, either equity or debt), we only consider deals where (1) the “sponsor”, or borrower have a significant investment of their own capital, unless they’ve owned the property many years.

The problem is you are emotionally involved and don't seem to be cut out for landlording.

Some are data driven and profit driven, others are emotionally driven and have grand visions of great appreciation through long-term holds.

Right now it sounds like it's an emotional decision rather than factual.
