I get free domains and cheap hosting at justhost.com, put WordPress site together, and just have a video that talks about rent to own. 

I would love to have a web address that is easy to remember, but I don't, unfortunately, it's one that you need to type in and it's long, tedious and with a sub-domain, so I don't expect people to type in the web address.

I did score what I think is a good domain name: www.webuyhousesminnesota.com and I intend to build that site in the very near future. 

What if for example the city decides to change the width of the roads on that street and they take the property by eminent domain.  

Business cards, domain name, company logo, company name, entity type, perfect contract, perfect mailing piece, investor discount - all pretend obstacles new investors tell themselves are necessary tasks to be accomplished before doing what actually makes money - making offers.

Do you use a partner with domain expertise to help you?

They do mainly residential but occasionally list raw land or sell mom and pop mixed use under 1 million in price type stuff.

There is probaby something you are overlooking...environmental waste issues with the property...city plans to take the house under eminent domain...something.

You definitely have to be the master of your domain as well as instill that image on your clients or else you will be dead in the water.
