While there is some predictability in certain outcomes/situations - what we have found is the "path to least resistance" meaning the less the borrower has to do the better.

It appears that Pennsylvania requires a contractor to provide a 12 year warranty for labor and materials, what would be the outcome if the customer supplies materials?

Perhaps displaying it in a format like a TD Ameritrade or other investing site.  

If I felt that way, I wouldn't make the agreement to begin with and I work hard to communicate clearly, calmly, and effectively to keep it from getting to that point.I am also open to compromise as my lease offers me protections that I may not need to exercise in all situations to get a fair outcome.
