I've listened to a bunch of the podcasts on BP (109 is great), but the LLC, Trust, JV, et cetera still seems like a lot to digest. 

Check out local REIA clubs and digest as much information as possible on BP to narrow your niche.

(I'm a fairly newbie investor, still trying to learn/digest as much as I can about investing, so please bear with me if these are basic questions.)When you invest in a distant property, is it better to find a lender who is geographically closer to you (so it's presumably a quicker turnaround for you to communicate with them), or is it recommended to use one that is closer to the actual property/city/state (since they may be better calibrated to the local property values/appraisals/laws/etc.)?

Getting a digest emailed to me a few times a month is much easier.Don't forget to get involved in your local veteran's networking and business organizations as well.

Still have FED’s Jerome Powell Speaking later this week, his words / forward looking statements will be very important for how capital and secondary capital markets digest interest rates moving forward. 

I find that's much easier and more digestible.

Once you have a basic MO you'll be able to improve it and accelerate it. when you are 10 years from the goal starting slow is the last thing you want to do BUT 0 to 50 houses is hard to digest. 0 to 10 is much more comprehendible
