He probably is talking about banks and the unrepresented FSBO.I had a aircraft mechanic that would do the exact same thing to me at Annual he would run up this big 30k bill then we would argue over what was mandatory and what was preventive and so on and so forth after the second annual I took the airplane to another shop.

And there was a discussion from those that have moved up from the Cirrus to VLJ  ( Very Light Jets) and how much it cost to operate them yearly.. 350 to 450k a year is what those boys spend on those toys.. and that does not include the purchase of the aircraft...

Also there is a cottage industry of buying and registgering your 5 million dollar aircraft here in Oregon with no sales tax.. you register it in WA or CA and your paying 300k to buy it and 25k a year in use tax..
