I'd attack the credit report :) 1) lower (pay down) whatever accounts have a high utilization percentage 2) contact each of 3 major consumer credit agencies and get a free report, then dispute every hard inquiry that is *NOT* associated with an open account 3) call the credit cards you already have established and ask for a credit line increase -- often can be done online and they do not verify income, hint hint.

@Alec Barnes one of the problems with communication is the different expectations.Agents and consumers all think PMCs should be available 24/7.NOT POSSIBLE for the relatively small monthly fees owners pay PMCs versus the thousands of dollars of commissions agents get per transaction.So, while agents may answer their phones 24/7, most PMCs do not.

The problem with dividing the water bill up equally is some tenants will fight that saying other tenants are consuming more water then they are.

I am not sold that it is as easy as claims and just another young social media guru taking advantage and that doing their process will be very time consuming to get a lead that goes through.
