Specifically ones that host professional sports, concerts, and other major events that people attend throughout the year? 

While we only know one side of this story, I do think you should also follow up with animal control and make concerted efforts to ensure this dog is removed from the negligent owner.

If the syndicator is able to deliver greater amounts of value they should get paid more and in concert with the investor receiving more.  

It was a real pain managing them in concert.

I have had some challenges finding deals despite a concerted effort.

I've played with (enter fake name here), (enter real name here, but really I just went to their concert and got his autograph), and I also performed with the (enter another famous name that everyone has performed with that cannot be verified) band.
