My uncle is a financial coach who helps those to get out of debt (one of his passions).  

@Max Murin I would heavily consider the ROI of these coaching/mentorship programs.

I did not sign up for their coaching program and no one gave me a hard time about it at all (and they didn't pester me with emails or phone calls after the fact)....  

But if you need a contract, it might be worth joining a small coaching group for a couple thousand and receive everything you would need to start co-hosting, plus great support!

I basically hate everything about my W-2 job except Mentoring employees.I’d like to go into real estate full time in some capacity and wondering if there is a way I could leverage mentoring/coaching to pivot my career full time into real estate?

We are out of state investors with CASH to buy a property, we have been coached, still mentored in a program, and now want to make a move for cashflow.

If you love your job maybe that works, but for anyone who wants to one day have the opportunity to coach their kids baseball team, spend a significant amount of time on a passion they have that may not be very lucrative real estate can get you their. 

Just because you trust someone doesn't mean you pay them $10k+ and it's not even 1-on-1 coaching. 

A good QI will make sure all of this happens for you by coaching everyone involved; you don't need to become an expert or a middle man.
