Many suggestions were made from these older posts like auction.com, homepath, and couple other free sites that I visited today but didn't seem like there was anything free that could actually churn anything accurate information out.Is this just the situation you get what you pay for?

Inner city urban core is a niche that if you can do it will work fine.. but you cant think for a minute that the effort to keep them churning along is the same as investing in A class or strong B.

I'm not really satisfied with picking up 1 SFH every 3-4 months .. seems like I could churn out more if I had the availability.I've been thinking about buying a lot of land zoned for multi-family and utilizing my capital to just build multiple duplexes.

I've found that the later meetups turn into groups that churn through newbies every month and then the same service providers show up regularly, which is all well and good, but I've made those connections and stopped going.
