I have heard some people buying an investment property for their child the day they are born so that when the child becomes old enough they can teach them how to invest in real estate through managing the property hands-on!

All occupants should be on the lease,, minor children are listed as such,,, John Smith 1/1/2017 minor child.. so date of birth verifies they are minor child..

They work with child cares throughout NC.

I, an only child, quit my writing job in NYC and moved back home to Los Angeles to take care of the both of them.

So, between Child Support/Alimony, and that mortgage, I think it will be difficult for me to get financing. 

Also what method do you use to transfer funds from your property LLC's to your 'main' LLC, do you just call it a management fee and bill the child LLC's?

My cousin has worked in the business for about 25 years, and being an only child, he is the sole beneficiary of their will, including the business and personal assets.  

Real estate is a great career especially when family time is special to you, because a typical 9-5 job would make you miss out on a good chunk of your child's life.

Bullhead City is a river/casino area, so there are some great opportunities for "seasonal" rentals as well, or the latest craze, Air BnB.
