How has your process been going so far?

I'm still in the process of growing my portfolio, but have heard others 1031 all their smaller properties into a larger building and have a property management company manage, OR, set up a seller financing deal with another buyer that gives you the cash flow you desire. 

The process will be slow, but with patience and smart planning, you can move forward step by step.🔹 Property Tax Relief – If your property is severely damaged, you may qualify for reassessment and potential tax refunds.

This process can be uncomfortable at times but can also be rewarding.

Though, this process will be the same for the other state (if you created a CA LLC you may need to register it as a foreign LLC in the state in which you are doing business/holding property).

They usually have a process for filing a claim with the city for damage caused by them, and they may be willing to cover it.
