Although there are technically 7 ways to pass this test, usually only two of them are useful in the STR context:A.

WA, for example, requires that you take 20 hours of state-sponsored classes and pass a state-sponsored test.

Most don't have any experience at all and are using my property as a test case.

My suggestion is for you to test out 2 or 3 software and see what works best for you.

We set up a couple of "test" inspections for them prior to their coming, to see how legitimate the inspections were.

I 100% recommend those and I usually use their "halo" line for smart locks, however i'm about to start testing the yale locks that partnerned with google.

So I started testing it out with specific addresses and potential gross rental income and was blown away how it was exactly the gross income that the market offered. 

Just be sure and stress test the aggregate performance of old plus new property with additional debt on the old property.
