Selena, if your bank won't work with you there are some private lenders/hard money lenders with programs that are sort of a cross blend ( not too hard ) but you have to have good credit scores to get them. 

But they kind of blend together sometimes.

My contractor attempted to do a few spots to see if they color will blend well but the tenants touch up color is still showing.

I was just wondering if some of the real estate investors had some knowledge of blending a securities and real estate portfolio.

Should I use a 5% or 6% all-in blended rate for the analysis?

It's difficult at times for me to discuss a topic and include when I change hats as I tend to simply blend my experience into an overall assessment of my opinion, I've been told here it's hard for some to peg me in just one area of RE investing, I know, I'm all over the place at times. :)

The contractor was to brick the two side doors and I was at pains to mention that I do not want to paint the exterior, meaning he needs to ensure that he comes as close as possible to the current brick Color or find a way to blend.
