I think if it comes to market and sits for 60, 90+ days (especially since the building has two active leases and mine isnt up until 2/1/23 when its bitter cold in salt lake) those are other obstacles that make it tough to sell - and probably make it better for me if we see that there isnt much real action at the prices expected.I also may ask them what they will consider if once it goes to market and they get offers below asking, what will they do?

Everyone has a bad review or 2, so make sure to focus on what the consensus is and dont focus in on one bitter person.

It's amusingly a bit bitter sweet. 

Intelligent people can normally decipher a retaliatory/bitter review from those that are legitimate, especially if the business/owner has a consistent record of providing stellar service.Truth is, we can't please everyone, and we're going to cross paths with those who try, but can't get over on us. 

We factored this into the structure of our deal.The idea is that no one gets bitter that they have bigger risks, because the rewards are weighted.

I think he has done some work and deserves some compensation, but I don't think I could help but be bitter about handing over $3,600 for this service.
