You had auctioned pre-foreclosures home from WI before, my question is that should I always do title search for all properties I will bid at the auction or can I assumed all other liens beside the lien that foreclosed the property is cleared already by the time the auction is happening?  

I am in Cincinnati, and would be happy with that labor bid in my market.
