,I have some small studios I rent out in San Jose furnished and over 30 days.

I once lived in a studio in a large apt building in NYC with electric included, but paid for my cooking gas.

I also purchased Anson Young’s audio book on finding deals and listened to it during a trip.

Hey ya'll, I had a few conversations with a friend (not here in Bigger Pockets) who has a studio condo in Seattle and SF that she exclusively does Corporate Rentals on.

The owners split the house in two while enclosing the garage to create a 3/1 and 2/1, in addition they enclosed a back patio area to make an efficiency studio area 1/1 no kitchen. 

Since there are obvious write-offs for maintenance and management, the tax bite will be minimal.I see you are in Studio City.

I was able to fill each space with photographers, hair salon, insurance agent, recording studio, background check company, cpa, medical massage and a 3000 sq ft floor to a non-profit dance studio.I often bring the group together for happy hours on my dime, networking meetings etc.  

He then sent me a message back saying they've been looking at selling their property but hadn't listed it yet. 2 bedroom, 1 bath remodeled house in the 35th and Western area with a two story garage that has a 1 bedroom apartment, studio apartment and 2 car garage.

Does anyone have experience renting out a studio apt above a garage in Charlotte?

I've started listening to the audio version of "Rich Dad" and I really appreciate your advice of working "on" my business, rather than just "in" it.
