Think of schools that offer trades apprenticeship programs (electrician, powerline, carpentry, etc) and then align your thesis to coincide with what they do and how they do it.

Two additional fact of data points: Enrollment of new persons into construction trades, from trade schools too apprenticeships even entry level jobs, is and has been at historic LOW levels, for about 10 years now, and DECLINING.

I would also recommend either doing some type of 2 year apprenticeship program to learn a trade OR 2 year associates program with a community college to get some type of business/real estate degree which will help should you decide to pursue a broker's license later in your career.Best of luck!
