I happen to take great care to ensure my tenants are treated fairly but I suppose there may always be a bad apple looking to bring you down.

It is not quite apples to apples, but if someone is willing to bet their shirt and $100M it usually means that something went into their diligence (doesn't mean it is right, but still worth factoring in).
