If it is anticipated that you will need a permit from the town, such as a special permit, you should strongly consider a contingency provision that makes the deal contingent on obtaining the necessary permit.

Management can literally be done remotely with access to a computer and a cell phone......We have 49 large units being built and they have 12 month leases and we anticipate them to be fully occupied quickly.

I have the title of occupancy and can move in faster than anticipated.

Rentals have also shot up like crazy so I anticipate much more as the years go.I have been studying BRRRR and leveraging debt but this case is different.Would it be in my best interest to pay back the loan asap or just make the monthly payments and start saving my extra cash for my first BRRRR in the states.

It seems as if there will be some upgrading of the units, are you anticipating a sale or refinancing out of the subject to different mortgage afterwards or is that the long term debt instrument you want to keep?
