I got into this by accident when i took a job via upwork as a VA  for Vontive and stated at interview  i could lower there costs and stress by automating there lead gen.I automated the lead gen and they didnt need 5 0f the 6 VAs they hired and we cut there costs by nearly 60%.Thats when i realised that you could automate even the cross platform data scraping.Then i got some extra clients from Upwork and now Im on here to help, offer the same and expand to others.going to the recorder office/courtYou only need to go to the physical building if thre is information on the documents that you need but cant view online.

I suggest that you make it a point of finding a good lender, not just someone who can do the job of helping your clients buy their home but someone who is willing to teach you.

Lots of investment in the region as well so hopefully quality job growth will continue.

Oregon coast crashed hard in the GFC   the Covid has it coming back FINALLY  but bottom line is very little industry and jobs.. since logging and fishing has curtailed .. so its retirement and tourism. 

But day trading is a job at best and a nightmare at worst. 

There is strong rental demand because of growing population, job market, and the booming tech scene. 

Obviously, i left that dumpster fire and decided to work at the same type of job, except work in a remote atmosphere...

This is the reason I quit being a moderator because of something that went mildly off the rails in the forums, and then it was completely censored because I responded to staff in the forums after they mentioned me.I think the moderators do an amazing job and should be given more pay or credit or anything.

Ive tried to get a steady job to steady income and fox credit but thay hasnt worked out.Can I not get acceas to my Equity without these issies being solved or are there other avenues to acesss my equity funds to statt buying properties?
