@Russell Brazil While I haven’t figured out the growth percentage in my area, I can tell you that my town of Bayonne, NJ (where I plan to invest) is 12 miles away from New York City, there are 3 light rail stations, we have a Walmart, we have a new Costco opening this Spring and there are numerous new high end condominium complexes being built around town.

Lehighton itself has changed little except for the Walmart moving out farther down 443 and Lowes coming in...and a few fast food places... not much. 

NW Arkansas is home to Wal-Mart world headquarters, Tyson Chicken, JB Hunt Trucking, and others.

Consider the "price" to be their opening offer rather than a "Walmart" price tag...Heck, my wife needed her winshield replaced recently,our insurance covers 100% with $0 deductable...

The address is 1900 Cunningham Drive, Opelika, AL 36801, and it is located very close to the Opelika Walmart.  

You know, the type that can roll into town, buy everything he needs at target or Walmart, then roll out of town and leave it all behind.

It's in a good area of town and just 1 mile away from a Walmart and other good big box stores. 

There are plenty of Walmart CPAs out there but they won't have the expertise, experience or risk appetite of a real estate specific CPA.

I buy a basic deadbolt and door knob with matching keys from Wal Mart.  20 bucks. 

We finally had a group of applicants apply. 3 roommates, young people in their 20s that all worked together at the local Walmart.
