@Mikail Askeriiani The first two listed are free for first time visitors, then cost either $20 or $25 per month as a returning visitor, they both also have memberships that would amount to a cheaper per door price.

The only problem is that a number of counties in PA have banned STR , as a measure to curb visitors coming in from areas where there is widespread covid cases.So in summary - the LTRs are doing fine but the STR are empty.

I think tenants today (especially younger ones) are fine without doorbells. visitors simply send a text when they arrive. nobody wants unsolicited doorbell ringers anyway.
