Don't put your toddler in a walker or they would end up in the fireplace. 

However, I can take you to my daughters gym and show you 15 toddlers laughing their diapers off running underneath it while their parents lift it up and let if slowly fall on their heads.

In my situation, I work full time and have a high energy toddler, so time is not readily available, but for the right person, Someone in situation is more than happy to make as much time as needed for that mentor.You have to give to get.

I literally have hours of conversation with investors (who I then subsequently help with their first 1-3 rental properties) on how  BP investors are helpful, but just completely overlook some new investors definitely need more help and mentorship and just waiting for that one lucky person to mentor you in the detail that you want is a long wait.But it's Thursday and I have energetic  toddler, so we can agree to completely disagree (I cant be here all day debating). and everyone can read our comments and determine the best advice to take that works for them.

Hello everyone,My wife and I are a young couple with a toddler who recently moved to Houston from California.

It is a whole different story to claim he has some super secret technique that no one anywhere in all the expanse of time and recorded human history has ever been thought of before.A toddler taking a paperclip and poking an electrical socket with it will "discover" that it hurts when you do that!

I told him my agent would get him an offer the next day.Anyway, part of the discussion was that one of the tenants toddler daughter had been found to have lead in her blood. 

I ask because, years ago, a poster here wrote about how, in one of his houses, a grandmother bathing an infant had left the room and the infant/toddler had been able to turn the hot water on.

Her toddler is getting out, apparently.
