They fight like teenagers, but are grown men much older than me.

It is akin to teenagers thinking, " I can't get pregnant (or she can't get pregnant) if we only do it just this once without protection".So, in a series of posts to this thread, I am going to try to outline the dangers for all to see, to at least warn those that read it what they are up against.

There are many teenagers that greatly surpass many adults in maturity, they just have a tendency to be more impatient than adults.

I wish I could limit children, as they cause more damage than dogs in my experience, especially teenagers, but it's not allowed.   

Now about that vulgar, misogynistic, foul language...well, if you heard the way the majority of teenage boys (and girls, for that matter) talk when their parents & older siblings aren't around you'd be unpleasantly surprised at just how vulgar the conversation can get!

I do have self-employment history but it is mainly from before college (and during my teenage years).

Two of my neighboring tenants in the 4-plex quarreled, caused by small kids from one family playing and making some messes on the other family's front yard (the complex has open front yard), then verbal exchanges from adults.The family with small kids (7 and 8) just moved in over a month.The other family (late middle aged with 3 teenagers) moved in almost a year, and are very good paying and quiet tenants.

I'm much more of a hands-on person and had a background in construction (from my teenage years) so real estate just "fit" for me.

Those were my teenage years and now I understand later that the way some people live and invest are just different.
