Tons of learning and mistakes were made in the process but that is what definitely build strength and resilience.  

Of course I'd choose a place closer to a train station in a larger city but, I'm not looking to make insane profits.

As a resident of the Gulf Coast of Florida (Bradenton) we just witnessed the strength of Mother Nature with the most recent passing of Hurricane Helene in the Gulf.

I wouldn't pay a crazy amount for any mastermind right now and would try to get some boots-on-the-ground training in your area.
