You are at the mercy of the guest for a 5 star review- so if they say the shower is slow,  you send out a handyman immediately.

It's one of those, "if all the stars, planets, AND moon particles align" type scenarios which is unlikely at best.

I have 2 SFH homes in the area for a few years and have used All Star Properties and have been happy with them.  

I thank my lucky stars I never did because I wound up in investing in Charlotte and doing much better than I would have anywhere in NY metro.  

I really want to star taking action NOW and get that first property under contract.
