Wine, snacks, beverages, etc.Outside of the rental sites, what kind of marketing do you do to keep the listings full?

Would you pass over me to rent to someone less qualified without tattoos and piercings? 

But inflation doesn't pass over people in the programming industry...

Because I had recently had a family party at the house, I had some surplus sodas and other little snacks leftover.

I call myself, "Guest Services Representative" - I make coffee, put out treats and snacks when we have them, I clean up, I make sure the restrooms are stocked with paper goods, I help out with technical issues when I can, ...Yes - I will profess the truth to the bitter end.

Holiday pastries or snacks are always a great gift to hand out!

Build and fly your own 747 from point A to point B or go down to the airport and buy a ticket, get on and let the stewardesses bring you some snacks while an experienced pilot handles the big bird.Good Luck! 

But, if I can get the cost down to $1,000-$2,000 by doing the work myself, then I imagine that I can make some properties much more profitable that other investors would pass over.
