Minneapolis is as well a very hot and competitive market for investors.Of course there is more demand for real estate in these large metro areas but I think what really brings in the wholesalers, many of whom you have a jaded relationship with, is the gurus who visit those large cities.

Hi all, I'm Damian from South Africa and I spend a good chunk of each year in Minneapolis.

Most of the activity is in the Minneapolis/St Paul area.

I am originally from around the Woodbury area and currently live in Minneapolis.

There is a vacant older Duplex (1920's vintage) in a terrific neighborhood with wonderful schools in Minneapolis; I'd love to buy it, fix it up, and rent it out.  

I am very interested in getting involved with real estate - however I am not sure the best way to get started.I currently do own a rental property - it was our first condo in downtown Minneapolis as a couple.  

Looking to invest in a duplex/triplex in Minneapolis.

Curiously, South Minneapolis has quite a few 2/1s.
