But anyways, that thought led me to learn more and ultimately, I found this whole new magnificent world of other people who have accomplished my idea.

I have researched many venues of real estate and I have concluded that apartment complexes tend to carry the highest profit margins in the right circumstances.It was a pleasure to meet you and I hope to see you around BiggerPockets!

I would advise a newbie to invest in real estate, provided they get the proper training, a great support team and ongoing education.  500K properly invested in different  real estate venues would give even a newbie the opportunity to realize a healthy ROI each month from their investments.

You could also park it next to a lake or close to venues and people will rent these right where they sit.
