Many introverts are deeper thinkers, have a sense of loyalty, develop fewer relationships (but deeper relationships), and operate much better 1 on 1 vs. groups or crowds. 

I've been landlording for over 12 years, and I can tell you more often than not, covering stuff like this (even when it's the tenant's fault) builds goodwill and loyalty that pays off far more than whatever the upfront cost is.
