I'm not sure where you plan on investing, but having a full time job (even a crappy one that doesn't pay well) will help you a lot as you continue your journey through real estate investing.It makes it easier to get a loan, you get a stable paycheck every 2 weeks while you get on your feet, you'll get health insurance (not sure about rules in Israel), and you will have income to acquire more properties in the future.I learned that your 9-5 job is to put a roof over your head and food on the table.

the rumors travelled half a world away to Israel :).ive searched for not so big of a place to invest in the us, and googled "20 best places to invest in the us" (or maybe 50?)

So as an investor and agent here in Columbus Ohio, I have worked with a ton of investors from big expensive cities like California and even outside the country like Israel especially, where they are looking to buy properties here!
