I would agree that in general, the Bay Area is tough.

If it was someone in the Bay Area I could meet in person, may be worth considering but someone over 2000 miles away, hard pass.

It is banned in Morro Bay, Atascadero. 

I actually moved from the Bay Are to Detroit Metro from 2017-2022 but I'm back in CA now.Getting all of your cash out is fantastic, but not always doable.

Just relocated from the Bay Area to the Philadelphia market, working for a real estate developer in Land Acquisition.

The Tampa Bay area can be a little strange to get the pulse of, since we literally have old small homes in the same neighborhoods as McMansion style homes.

And Priscilla Z. hosts a meeting in Palm Bay that is geared more towards wholesaling.
