I'm not too familiar with the housing market in E Hartford but I do know they might be building a casino there which will increase city revenue and jobs in the area.

@Jonathan Orr  that's quite a coincidence.. my property is 4 acres at the entrance to the Graton Casino... one of those path of progress plays..

I have heard good things about Frascona, Joiner, Goodman and Greenstein firm up in Boulder.

It doesn't sound like it was a home poker game that got busted, it sounds like there was a full on casino happening with dealers, etc. and he worked to conceal it.

Would anyone think it is a good idea to invest in new town-homes near a casino?
