I love sports (I'm a former football player) and meeting new people.

i hate trying to find renters in the winter. or fall, during football season. i had a gorgeous house that was average rent of $1100 that was ready in mid september and i finally found a tenant for Dec. she said, "I can't believe this house was still on the market when i looked it for the second time".me too.

My multitasking skills are lacking as I was flipping between 3 football games and posting on BP.
