However, we typically use the FHA-203k loan because it involves a renovation, which I highly recommend if you are looking to really boost your equity and have the cost of the renovation wrapped into your loan with a VERY LOW AMOUNT OUT OF POCKET.I like the FHA loan, but honestly, the Fannie May Home Style is an even better product at this point because you just have to bring a bit more cash to the table 5% vs. 3.5% (w/ FHA), but you have a bit more flexibility.

@Sham Haile you should look up the Tenants Union & RHAWA websites to review the notices and requirements for how notices need to be provided to tenants when a seller intends to sell a property. 

Reviews play a significant role, but I’ve noticed some hosts with slightly lower ratings consistently appearing on the front page.

In Austin and San Antonio, I’ve noticed that certain neighborhoods have their own rhythm..maybe a transfer tax in one area or a quirky requirement for landlord licensing in another.

exactly I fund wholesalers in SC all the time.. its a boon to my business  :)  these laws are sweeping the nation.. its consumer protection U just have to many deals go wonky and complaints are filed so regulators are finally taking notice to this acitivty..

Second, you’ll collect more money while doing less work Third you’ll stay legal with notices and operations.
