I'm looking for a recommendation for an electrician to setup a temporary power pole for me in Renton. 

We now have 15 properties, i went to a different model now having contractors do the majority or rehabs and i have handymen,plumber,electrician and hvac guy i can call when i need them.

My wife recently purchased an 8000 watt electrical ceramic kiln, 240V 1 phase power, 33.6 amps.I am installing in the basement of my home (owner occupant, not in a municipality that requires an electrician's license):1. 50 amp dedicated breaker in the panel, per kiln manufacturer's recommendation.

Anyone have suggestions for general contractors/electricians/plumbers and sliding/exterior work?

As far as electric goes,  I am looking at submetering electric, We have a  cousin that is an electrician so it should not be too costly. 

My dad and i plan on getting a foreclosure and while we live in it fix it and flip it, my dad was a carpenter for 30 years and I’m an electrician.

I met no contractors because I am a little familiar with construction as I was a residential electrician for years a while back, and I have also done a little framing in the past, and I deal with commercial construction some with my current day job, so being a general contractor isn't a scary thing to me at this point if necessary. 

I'd love to have some discussions and learn a bit more so I can make my first move.I am an electrician by trade, and I am a great communicator.

Many companies expect you to bring in an electrician at an unknown cost.
