Depending on how bad is the foundation state (how many inches you have to correct), is very possible the sewer line will disconnect/break in the horizontal portions.

Disconnect your water, drain your water heater, and shut off the heat.You should have your water lines drained and put a bit of RV antifreeze in the p-traps and drains, as well as in the boul and tank of your toilets.You can get by with keeping the heat really low, if you dont want it off.

If the heater is supposed to no longer be in service, then the gas line to that device should be disconnected and capped; just putting a shut-off valve in will allow somebody to turn the gas back on.
