To some on here that is not much money but you measure it in relation to your income, my guess is it is a big % of your income. 

Investor in California here trying to diversify my portfolio and start investing in a different state.  

I had a situation where both tenants were late on payments, and I had to go to court to evict and found the Borough to be fair on their decision.

The goal here would be to increase rental income.
