A lot tourism during Christmas holiday Demand for housing was off the hedges( timeshares, motels , and etc )

(Note: I'm not too good to take money from Jesus -- even at Christmas time).

Right before Christmas week, I was given news that we finally had the engineer report and that the permit would finally be applied for, but something or other error or complication - I'm not even really sure - prevented us from using the report and that we would have to find another way, and of course I wasn't going to get any updates through Christmas and New Year.

Top unit on Christmas had a suicide and the unit downstairs was very close with upstairs tenant.

Whew, I though our Milwaukee's Best Christmas tree was epic! 

Then, for a Christmas present, I gave her a $1 million house because she got off her drugs and that is how I think people should treat each other after they've been married and done their thing so many times.

It's like they apply for section 8 and wanna go Christmas shopping with no money.

The winter months are slow; however, the (holidays help) Thanksgiving weekend is jam-packed along with Christmas as families come together and celebrate the holidays.

But I've heard everything from "the market is going to keep rising"  to "it will drop by Christmas."
