I'm looking forward to making my first real estate investment by the age of twenty with the goal of making this investment a wholesale or flip, which in turn would provide the necessary capital/revenue to purchase a multiunit property primarily focused on the creation of cashflow.I want to convert my mind into a resourceful asset to myself and to the individuals who help me establish my real estate journey, so if you have any suggestions for someone as young me and as someone new to real estate investing, I'd be honored to hear them.

It grants the SBA a security interest (lien) in all the property described in paragraph 4.Paragraph 4 says:The Collateral in which this security interest is granted includes the following property that Borrower now owns or shall acquire or create immediately upon the acquisition or creation thereof:Sounds like paragraph 4 should be a list of property ( mine has nothing listed ).
