Sometimes tenants put in expensive equipments that becomes "attached" to the property, like a restaurant oven hood or walk-in cooler/freezer.

I found a manufactured home with the land in my community for $85k no HVAC only swap cooler.

It's about 10 - 15 degrees cooler than in the valley; beautiful country too.
